ServoSpeak is an AI-powered speaking fluency platform designed to help users improve their public speaking skills over a 90-day program. Our services include:
- Real-time speaking analysis and feedback
- Progress tracking and performance metrics
- Personalized practice prompts and exercises
- AI coaching and recommendations
3User Accounts
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use ServoSpeak. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
4Subscription and Payments
Free Tier: Basic features are available for free with limited session counts.
Paid Plans: Premium features require a subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
5Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to circumvent security features
- Upload harmful content or malware
- Reverse engineer or scrape our platform

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVOSPEAK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
