Export Options
- CSV Export: Raw data in spreadsheet format for custom analysis
- PDF Report: Formatted, shareable progress report with charts
- Session Recordings: Individual audio files from your practice sessions
How to Export

Go to Progress
Navigate to the Progress page.

Click Export
Find the Export button in the top right corner.

Choose Format
Select CSV, PDF, or recordings.

Select Date Range
Choose all time, last 30 days, or a custom range.
Info
CSV exports include: date, duration, WPM, filler count, filler rate, confidence score, prompt used, and AI feedback summary.
