Milestones and badges celebrate your progress and keep you motivated. Here's how the achievement system works.

Badge Categories

• Streak Badges: Earned for consecutive days of practice (7, 14, 30, 60, 90 days)
• Improvement Badges: Earned when metrics hit targets (e.g., 'Filler Crusher' for <2% filler rate)
• Volume Badges: Earned for total sessions completed (10, 50, 100, 500 sessions)
• Explorer Badges: Earned for trying different features and prompt types
• Journey Badges: Earned for completing weeks in the 90-day program

Viewing Your Badges

Access your badge collection from your Profile page or the Journey section. Earned badges appear in color; locked badges are grayed out with hints on how to unlock them.
