Streaks are a powerful motivator for building consistent practice habits. Here's everything you need to know about the streak system.

How Streaks Work

  • Complete at least one practice session per day to extend your streak
  • The day resets at midnight in your local timezone
  • Any length session counts—even 1 minute maintains your streak
  • Missing a day resets your streak to zero

Streak Protection

Pro subscribers get one 'streak freeze' per week. If you miss a day, your streak is automatically protected. The freeze restores at the start of each week.

Tips for Maintaining Streaks

  • Set a daily reminder at the same time each day
  • Keep sessions short on busy days—consistency beats intensity
  • Practice first thing in the morning before life gets in the way
  • Use the mobile app for quick sessions anywhere
